Ingredients
- 1 pack of udon noodles
- 1 cup of kimchi
- 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of sliced green onions
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- 3. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
- 4. Stir in kimchi, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and gochujang. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Add cooked udon noodles to the skillet and toss to combine.
- 6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
