Ingredients

  • 1 pack of udon noodles
  • 1 cup of kimchi
  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup of sliced green onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Instructions

  • 1. Cook udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • 3. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  • 4. Stir in kimchi, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and gochujang. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Add cooked udon noodles to the skillet and toss to combine.
