  • 2 packs Kibun Udon Noodles
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  • In a large pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
  • Add the miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Stir to combine.
