Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 8 onion rings
  • Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for topping

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, BBQ sauce, diced onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  • Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
