Ingredients
- 1 large zucchini, sliced
- 1 large yellow squash, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
