Ingredients

  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add onion and bell pepper and sauté until soft.
  • Add tomato and cook until it becomes soft.
  • Add cauliflower rice and mix well.
  • Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the cauliflower rice is cooked.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
