Ingredients
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp ghee
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and bell pepper and sauté until soft.
- Add tomato and cook until it becomes soft.
- Add cauliflower rice and mix well.
- Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the cauliflower rice is cooked.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
