  • 1 cup cauliflower rice

  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Optional: 1 green chili, chopped for extra heat
  • Optional: A few curry leaves

Directions
