Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add onion, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in salsa and sour cream.
- Transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
