Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add onion, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
