- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori spice blend
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
