Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Add the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
