- 4 bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
