Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
