Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes.
