Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
