Ingredients
- 1 lb paneer cheese, cubed
- 2 lbs fresh spinach, washed and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp ghee
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger and sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Stir well.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add paneer cheese and heavy cream. Stir well.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes, until sauce has thickened and paneer is heated through.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve hot with cauliflower rice or low-carb naan.
