Ingredients

  • 1 lb paneer cheese, cubed
  • 2 lbs fresh spinach, washed and chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
  • Add onion, garlic, and ginger and sauté until onion is translucent.
  • Add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Stir well.
  • Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Add paneer cheese and heavy cream. Stir well.
  • Simmer for 5-10 minutes, until sauce has thickened and paneer is heated through.
  • Season with salt to taste.
  • Serve hot with cauliflower rice or low-carb naan.
