- 1 lb. thinly sliced steak
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 oz. provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced steak to the skillet and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides.
- Add the sliced peppers and onions to the skillet and continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the steak is cooked to your liking.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and top the steak and vegetables with the sliced provolone cheese.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and let the cheese melt for 2-3 minutes.
- To assemble the lettuce wraps, place a spoonful of the steak and vegetable mixture onto a lettuce leaf and roll it up tightly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
