  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of keto-friendly pasta (e.g., shirataki noodles or zucchini noodles)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: cherry tomatoes and additional grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Directions
