  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
