Ingredients

  • 1 lb minced cauliflower
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Fry until golden brown.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for a minute.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add minced cauliflower and ground lamb. Mix well and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
