Ingredients
- 1 lb minced cauliflower
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Fry until golden brown.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for a minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add minced cauliflower and ground lamb. Mix well and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
