- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 cucumber
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh mint
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
