Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. erythritol
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut flour, almond flour, heavy cream, almond milk, erythritol, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the melted butter and swirl to coat the pan.
