- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
