Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten eggs, then coat it in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
