Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix together the almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
