Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, kept whole
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme

Directions

    Place cauliflower florets and whole garlic cloves on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
