Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the grated cauliflower, egg, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the cauliflower mixture into a 12-inch circle on the parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and the sliced pepperoni.
