Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, grated
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated cauliflower, egg, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the cauliflower mixture into a 12-inch circle on the parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and the sliced pepperoni.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh basil. Slice and serve.
