Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside.
- Add the onion to the bacon fat in the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, until they are tender and lightly browned.
