Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped
- 200g paneer, crumbled
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Once the cumin seeds start to splutter, add chopped onions and minced garlic. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
- Add chopped broccoli and crumbled paneer to the pan. Mix well.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Once the broccoli is cooked, remove the lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes to evaporate any excess moisture.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
