Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped
  • 200g paneer, crumbled
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • Once the cumin seeds start to splutter, add chopped onions and minced garlic. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
  • Add chopped broccoli and crumbled paneer to the pan. Mix well.
  • Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.
  • Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the broccoli is cooked, remove the lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes to evaporate any excess moisture.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
