Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
