Ingredients
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
