  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°F.
  • In a bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and egg.
