Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese (optional)
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Peel and cut sweet potatoes into thin fries.
  • In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Spread sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  • Form mixture into 4 patties.
