Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions
