Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
