- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package (16 ounces) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is no longer pink; drain.
