- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup diced chicken
- 1 cup diced vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Push the chicken to one side of the pan and add the beaten eggs to the other side.
- Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them with the chicken.
- Add the diced vegetables and cook until they are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir to combine with the chicken, eggs, and vegetables.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, and sesame oil to the pan.
- Stir everything together until well coated and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
