Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a blender, puree strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add cooled sugar syrup to the blender and blend until well combined.
- Pour mixture into ice pop molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To serve, run molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen ice pops.
