Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • In a blender, puree strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Add cooled sugar syrup to the blender and blend until well combined.
  • Pour mixture into ice pop molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  • To serve, run molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen ice pops.
