Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 tsp sage
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, carrots, green beans, corn, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and sage.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and vegetables, and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
