Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup green beans, chopped
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp sage
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, carrots, green beans, corn, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
  • In a separate bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and sage.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and vegetables, and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
