- 4 hot dogs
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pickles
- 1/4 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced carrots
- 1/4 cup diced radishes
- 1/4 cup diced olives
- 1/4 cup diced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup diced avocado
- 1/4 cup diced bacon

Instructions
- 1. Cook hot dogs according to package instructions.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, pickles, croutons, bell peppers, cucumber, celery, carrots, radishes, olives, jalapenos, avocado, bacon, and hard-boiled eggs.
