Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 pound potatoes
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the honey glaze over the salmon fillets, coating them evenly.
  • Trim the ends of the asparagus and arrange them on another baking sheet.
