Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 pound potatoes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the honey glaze over the salmon fillets, coating them evenly.
- Trim the ends of the asparagus and arrange them on another baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place both the salmon and asparagus in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
- While the salmon and asparagus are cooking, peel and chop the potatoes.
- Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

- Add the milk and butter to the pot and mash the potatoes until creamy.
