Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup salted peanuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large saucepan, melt together the peanut butter and butter over medium heat.
  • Add the sugar and evaporated milk, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the chopped peanuts and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together the milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter mixture in the pan, spreading it out evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Remove from the pan and cut into bars.
