- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup salted peanuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan, melt together the peanut butter and butter over medium heat.
- Add the sugar and evaporated milk, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped peanuts and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together the milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter mixture in the pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Remove from the pan and cut into bars.
