  • 1 lb sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup edamame
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions
