- 1 lb sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup edamame
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, and garlic powder.
