Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the flank steak.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
