- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

- 1/2 cup hemp hearts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
