Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  • 1. In a blender, combine oats, protein powder, banana, eggs, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, and honey (if desired).
  • 2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • 3. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add coconut oil.
  • 4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  • 5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
