Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop (about 30g) protein powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for cooking)

Directions

    Blend oats in a blender until they become a fine flour.

    Add protein powder, banana, eggs, Greek yogurt, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the oats. Blend until smooth.
