Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- 1. In a blender, combine oats, protein powder, banana, eggs, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, and honey (if desired).
- 2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- 3. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add coconut oil.
- 4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- 5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- 6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- 7. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
