- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the chicken breasts into small, bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the hot sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, cornstarch, and water to make a batter.
