  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut the chicken breasts into small, bite-sized pieces.
