  • 4 white fish fillets
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
