Ingredients
- 1 pack of soya chaap
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the soya chaap in water for 5-7 minutes.
- Drain the water and cut the chaap into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Add chopped tomato and green chili and cook until the tomato is soft.
- Add coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the soya chaap pieces and mix well.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
