Ingredients

  • 1 pack of soya chaap
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Boil the soya chaap in water for 5-7 minutes.
  • Drain the water and cut the chaap into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • Add chopped tomato and green chili and cook until the tomato is soft.
  • Add coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add the soya chaap pieces and mix well.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
