  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop (about 30g) protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, Greek yogurt, honey, or maple syrup
