- 2 cups water
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced

- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
