Ingredients

  • 4 oz. flank steak
  • 1 whole wheat roll
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
