- 1 cup whole wheat flour

- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup blueberries (optional)
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, flaxseed, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
