  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, flaxseed, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
