Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
