Healthy Dhokla Delight

Nutrition Per Serving
- 1 cup besan (gram flour)
- 1/2 cup suji (semolina)
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
- 1/2 tsp eno fruit salt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp hing (asafoetida)
- 1/2 cup water
- In a mixing bowl, add besan, suji, curd, ginger paste, green chilli paste, salt, and water. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
- Grease a dhokla plate or a baking dish with oil and keep aside.
- In a small pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, and hing. Let it splutter.
- Add this tempering to the batter and mix well.
- Add eno fruit salt to the batter and mix well. The batter will become frothy.
- Pour the batter into the greased plate or dish and steam for 15-20 minutes.
- Once done, let it cool for a few minutes and then cut into pieces.
- Serve with green chutney or ketchup.
