Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 16 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries, for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and honey. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Pour mixture over crust in pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until center is almost set.
  • Cool cheesecake to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Top with fresh berries before serving.
