Healthy Cheesecake Delight
This cheesecake is a healthier version of the classic dessert, made with low-fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt. It's still creamy and delicious, but won't leave you feeling guilty!
Nutrition Per Serving
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 16 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup fresh berries, for topping
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and honey. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour mixture over crust in pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until center is almost set.
- Cool cheesecake to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with fresh berries before serving.
