Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean beef (flank or skirt steak)
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped avocado
  • 1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Rub spice mixture onto both sides of the steak.
