- 2 cups grated beetroot
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

- 2 eggs

Instructions
